History of Paradise is how many people think of this area. Big Tree Lakes Home Owner’s Association is located just outside the small town of Keystone Heights Florida, known as a small picturesque community. Keystone Heights is located in the northeast region of the state of Florida, situated in the southern tip of Clay County.



The annual assessments ($71.23 for 2016) are due on or before March 31st  of each calendar year

Straddling both the Bradford and Clay Counties in North Central Florida is the Keystone Heights Airport. Located in Starke, just 3 miles North West of Keystone Heights, Keystone Airport is situated 50 miles southwest of JAX International and 28 miles northeast of Gainesville Regional Airport. Keystone Airport serves the general aviation community. The area comprises 2,505 acres, with 297 acres zoned for an industrial business park. The AWOS System is installed and fully operational.
